Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card is: Redeemable for merchandise or services at participating Grahams stores only; Not redeemable for cash; Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card; Will be void and will not be redeemed after expiry date; Cannot be reloaded; Is partially redeemable. The full value must be used before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available card balance, the difference must be made up with another payment method. The card holder is liable for all transactions on the card except to the extent of which there has been fraud or negligence by Grahams or any of its employees. How to use this Gift Card
Present this gift card at any participating Grahams store. You can select any number of items up to the value of the card, or above the value in which case you need to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment. The store will then validate the gift card and process your purchase. This gift card is partially redeemable. Within the cards 12 month validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at any participating Grahams store. However, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

To ensure peace of mind with your jewellery purchase or for an existing special piece you may already own, Grahams offers customers a jewellery valuation service. Grahams valuations are reported by a qualified independent jewellery valuer, experienced in valuing the most precious and unique jewellery.
Grahams offers customers the full service in jewellery or watch repairs. All jewellery repairs are crafted by a qualified jeweller, experienced in all areas of design and craftsmanship. All watch repairs are undertaken by qualified watch technicians.
Micro, invisible and pave set jewellery is prone to having diamonds dislodged due to the nature of the fine setting with little gold separating the diamonds in order to maximise the brilliance of the piece. We therefore offer a lifetime guarantee with all of these pieces whereby we will replace any micro-set diamonds that may have become dislodged providing the jewellery had not been mistreated. As part of this service, we require that you bring your jewellery in for a free check each year to ensure ongoing quality control.
At Grahams we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We will exchange goods, but do not refund simply because you have changed your mind. We will provide a refund where the goods are faulty, not fit for their purpose (or one you have made known to us) or do not match our description or sample. In such cases:
- proof of purchase will be required; and
- the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and in a reasonable condition (taking into account the fault)
Earring Exchange Policy
In an effort to protect the health of our customers, earrings and body jewellery are unable to be exchanged or refunded unless the goods are faulty, not fit for their intended purpose or misdescribed.
Free Watch Band Adjustment
If you find a watch band needs adjusting after your purchase (eg. some links taken out), please bring the watch and your receipt into any Grahams store and we will happily adjust it free of charge.
At Grahams we have jewellery designers who are available 24 hours a day should you wish to have a special piece remodeled to suit your unique style.
